Responsibilities

Shall consist of no less than five and no more than seven members who shall oversee:

• The Health Department and all divisions, including the Youth Bureau and Board of Health
• Mental Health Department, Community Services Board and Subcommittees of the Community Services Board
• Department of Social Services
• Employment and Training Office/Grants Administration
• Area Agency on Aging
• Veterans’ Services
• Child Advocacy Center
