Children 3 to 5 years of age with suspected developmental delays or disabilities who reside in Cortland County are eligible for Pre-K evaluations and may be eligible for services. Services are only provided after being approved by the related school district's Committee on Pre-School Education (CPSE). The committee will meet to determine eligibility for your child. Referrals for Pre-K services should go through your child's school district, not the county.
