Cortland County Health Education provides low-cost car seats with education in proper use and installation. We also provide education to the biking and pedestrian community to decrease the number of preventable injuries in our community.

    Bike riding is a lot of fun, but accidents happen. Every year, about 176,000 kids go to the emergency department because of bike accident injuries.
