The County Administrator is the Chief Administrative Officer charged with the managerial responsibilities relating to the day-to-day

operations of county government and all its departments. The County Administrator is also the budget officer and is responsible for the oversight and coordination of the administration and implementation of the annual budget as adopted by the Cortland County Legislature.
