Because of the current COVID-19 pandemic, our offices are currently closed. Under normal conditions, we are open from 8:30-4:30, Monday through Friday.
Unemployment Insurance Benefits are administered by the New York State Department of Labor. We do not have access to information about your individual account. Please visit www.labor.ny.gov or call 1-888-209-8124, listen for the option "status of claim."

Financial assistance is available, based on availability of funds and applicant qualifications determined by a number of factors that can be assessed by a staff member in an interview. Please call 607-756-7585 ext 3231 to arrange an informational meeting.
Depending on the status of our budget and your employment status, we may be able to help with such expenses. These determinations are made on a case-by-case basis.
We cannot help with bus tokens or other transportation assistance or with phone minutes.
