Approved Minutes of Legislative Special Meeting

October 17, 2006, 5 PM

Meeting was called to order at 5:03 PM by Chairman Brown, followed by the Salute to the Flag.

Roll Call was taken by the Clerk with all members recorded as present with the exception of Mr. Tagliente marked as absent.

Mr. VanDee made a motion to go into Executive Session to discuss a personnel matter; seconded by Ms. Tytler and all members voting aye

The Legislature went into Executive Session at 5:06 and the Chairman requested that Mr. Whitt, Mr. Schrader and Mr. VanDonsel remain in to room during Executive Session.

The Legislature returned from Executive Session at 5:55 PM with nothing to report.

Meeting Adjourned at 5:55 PM.
