Present:  John Helgren, Audrey Lewis, Jackie Gailor, Angie Wyatt, Susan Feizsli, Fred Forbes, Betty Ann Pitman, Kate Edinger, Dick Tupper, Patrick Snyder, John Ryan, Mike McDermott, Chuck Adams, Sandy Price, Larry Cornell, Kevin Williams, Merwin Armstrong, John Steger,

The meeting started at approximately 7:15p.m. – Co-Chairs, Sandy Price and Larry Cornell were still in an Executive Session of the Cortland County Legislature.

Motion made by Betty Ann Pitman – 2^nd by Date Edinger to approve the minutes of the March 22, 2007 – All members present voted in favor – Motion Passes

 

DISCUSSION

·        Minimum Lot Sizes – Audrey Lewis and John Helgren (Cortland County Environmental Health) – PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENTS

Audrey and John gave a Power Point presentation of the new minimum lot sizes regulations.

·        Local Governmental Consolidation/Shared Services – Local Attorney, John Ryan provided a presentation regarding local government consolidation.  Mr. Ryan’s most pressing point is the shared services does not work as well as governmental consolidation.

      ·        Consolidation/Cost Sharing - Municipalities – John Ryan, Attorney
