Approved Minutes of Public Hearing

 2008 Tentative Budget

November 20, 2007, 6 PM

The Public Hearing was opened at 6:01 PM by Chairman Brown, followed by the Salute to the Flag.

The Clerk took Roll Call with all members recorded as present except Mr. Clark, Mr. Dafoe, Mr. Hartnett, Mr. Tagliente, Mr. VanDee and Mr. Willcox.

The Chairman read the Rules of the Hearing. The Clerk read the Legal Notice as published in the Cortland Standard.

Chairman Brown asked three times if there was anyone who wished to speak to the Tentative Budget.  With no one else wishing to speak, the Chairman closed the Public Hearing at 6:06 PM.
