IGNITE seeks to unite a diverse group of Young Professionals by fostering activities and civic engagements, creating investment in our region. Through this grass-roots effort, we want to celebrate the diverse array of resources in our community and make it a better place for all..

A Young Professional is simply a goal- oriented individual between the ages of 21-39 with a mindset to pursue a career path. It is much less the job or vocation that defines the Young Professional as it is the individual's drive and investment in his or her own future, and consequently the future of the community and our nation as a whole.

We plan to organize regular events to allow Young ?Professionals to socialize, learn and contribute. These will include:

Social Events:	from simple get-together's to organized activities
Professional Development:	from seminars and workshops to conferences
Outreach:	from participation at local special events to organizing community improvement projects
