Provides mammograms and Pap tests for women who are uninsured or underinsured. If you are 18 years of age or older and do not have coverage for your annual health screenings or your insurance deductible is too high, you may qualify for the program. The following services are covered by the partnership: mammograms, ultrasounds, radiologist reading fees, pap tests, colposcopy, biopsy, lab fees, FOBT kits, doctor's office visits for clinical breast exams and education.

The Healthy Living Partnership now offers free Fecal Occult Blood Testing (FOBT Kit) to anyone over the age of 50. If you would like to have a FREE kit mailed to you please contact our office at (607) 758-5523. This kit can be done in the privacy of your own home and mailed into the lab.
