Provides mammograms and Pap tests for women who meet the eligibility criteria. If you are 18 years of age or older and do not have coverage for your annual health screenings or your insurance deductible is too high, you may qualify for the program. The following services are covered by the partnership: mammograms, ultrasounds, radiologist reading fees, pap tests, colposcopy, biopsy, lab fees, doctor's office visits for clinical breast exams and education.
