Hospice is a certified, home-based program for terminally ill residents of Cortland County. A comprehensive program of care is provided to all patients with a life expectancy of six months or less. Patients are served in their home environment, which also includes nursing homes and adult care homes. Care is directed at providing comfort, symptom control, and support for patients and their families. For more information, visit their web site.
