OUR VISION: Healthy People in a Healthy Community An eight-member Board of Health and the Cortland County Health Department work together to address community health needs throughout the County. Services are frequently carried out in collaboration with Community Partners. The Department as a whole is involved in activities such as Community Health Assessment, Communicable Disease Surveillance and Control, and Health Emergency Preparedness. Jacquelyn H.
