Pre-K Program (Children 3-5 years of age)

Children 3-5 years of age with suspected developmental delays or disabilities who reside in Cortland County are eligible for Pre-K evaluations and may be eligible for services when approved by the related school district's Committee on Preschool Education (CPSE).

SERVICE

Referral to the chairperson of the Committee on Pre-School Special Education in each school district in order to:

• arrange for developmental evaluation
• determine eligibility
• provide service (similar to EIP)
• service coordination where deemed appropriate
