DIRECTIONS TO THE COUNTY OFFICE BUILDING

Take Route 81 North or South to Cortland Exit 11.  (Do NOT take the Cortland-Homer Exit.)  If you are coming from the North, turn right at the end of the exit ramp.  If you are coming from the South, turn left off the exit ramp.  Turn right on Clinton Avenue.  As soon as you go over railroad tracks, you will make a left turn on Greenbush Avenue.  Go one block; you will see the Cortland County Office Building.  (It's a former school building.)  Parking lot is on the right.
