NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of Freetown will hold a Public Hearing at the Town Hall at 2369 McGraw Marathon Road on Wednesday November 14, 2012 at 6:45 pm to discuss the Special Fire District contracts prior to discussion for the Preliminary Budget for 2013. This meeting is open to all residents of Freetown - By order of the Town Board

NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN, that the Preliminary Budget for the Town of Freetown for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2013 has been completed and filed in the office of the Town Clerk at 2369 McGraw Marathon Road where it is available for inspection by any interested person during Town Clerk office hours of 2:00 - 5:00 pm every Wednesday and Thursday, and Saturday November 3 from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm. If alternative time is needed, please call 849-3724. The proposed salaries for elected Officials of the Town of Freetown for 2013 are as follows:

NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN, that the Town Board of Freetown will review said Preliminary Budget and hold a Public Hearing thereon pursuant to Town Law at the Town Hall at 2369 McGraw Marathon Road on Wednesday November 14, 2012 at 6:45 pm and that at such hearing all persons present will be given the opportunity to be heard in favor of or against the Preliminary Budget as presented or for or against any item therein contained. TOWN OF FREETOWN
Steven Strough being the duly elected Superintendent of Highways of the Town of Freetown, hereby states that the parking ordinance pursuant to Local Law no. 1 of 1991 will be effect from November 1, 2012 to May 1, 2013. This Local law prohibits any parking on any and all of the Town Highways of the Town of Freetown.
ALSO TAKE NOTICE, The Freetown Highway Department will not be responsible for damage to mailboxes from plowing roads.
