The Cortland County Emergency Response and Communications is made up of five divisions: 911 Communications Center, Emergency Management, Office of the Fire Coordinator, County Fire Investigation Team and Fire & EMS Training. These five divisions work together to coordinate community resources to protect lives, property and the environment through mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery from all natural and man-made hazards that may impact our county.
