In the Cognitive Behavioral Group Therapy for Insomnia group you will learn ways to improve your sleep without the use of medication. This treatment is scientifically proven to be effective.

The insomnia group is ideal for you if you are:

  • Are Challenged With Daily Functioning
  • Are Irritable
  • Feel Tired Most of the Time
  • Have Difficulty Falling or Staying Asleep
  • Motivated for Change
  • Worry or Feel Frustrated About Losing Sleep

The insomnia group meets on Tuesdays from 10 - 11:30 a.m. for a duration of 5 weeks. The meetings will be held at:
