Attorney Christopher I. Simser, Sr., has spent over 20 years in a practice devoted solely to Litigation.  He began his career in the Broome County District Attorney’s Office.  Thereafter he entered private practice where he remained for a number of years before joining the Cortland County District Attorney’s Office in 2009.  He returned to private practice in 2011, before rejoining this office in 2017.  In addition to private practice, attorney Simser has worked in the Cortland County Attorney’s Office, and has served as Town Justice for the Town of Binghamton Court.  His areas of practice include violent crimes, DWI and related offenses, and crimes involving narcotics sale and possession.
